# Vivmark boosts size of US$ commercial paper program by $1B to $2.5B

Vivmark Residential's ERP operating limited partnership  increased the maximum size of its U.S. dollar-denominated commercial paper program to $2.5B from $1.5B, the company said Thursday.

The notes are sold under customary terms in the U.S. commercial paper note market and rank pari passu with all the operating partnership’s other unsecured senior indebtedness, the company said.

The notes won't be registered under the Securities Act of 1933 or state securities laws.
