# NYSE Plans 24-Hour On-Chain Trading Through Developing ATS Platform

NYSE plans to advance 24-hour on-chain trading through an alternative trading system (ATS) that is still under development. According to Foresight News, Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) and NYSE executive Michael Blaugrund said Avalanche meets several requirements in their evaluation, and the two sides are in active communication. The ATS platform remains in development, and NYSE has not announced a final decision to adopt Avalanche.
