# Gan & Lee: The investigational drug GLR1075 injection has received approval for clinical trials

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Gan & Lee (603087.SH) announced that the company recently received the "Drug Clinical Trial Approval Notification" issued by the National Medical Products Administration (hereinafter referred to as "NMPA") regarding the investigational drug GLR1075 injection. After review, the clinical trial application for GLR1075 injection submitted on July 3, 2026, meets the relevant requirements for drug registration, and approval has been granted to conduct clinical trials for hepatic cirrhosis with hypoalbuminemia.

GLR1075 injection is a recombinant human albumin preparation independently developed by Gan & Lee, classified as a humanized recombinant protein drug. Its active ingredient, recombinant human albumin, has the same amino acid sequence and similar spatial conformation as natural human serum albumin, capable of performing the core physiological functions of albumin, including correcting colloid osmotic pressure imbalance and improving pathological microenvironments
