# BP, Valero, Chevron Get Fuel Contracts From U.S. Defense Logistics Agency

BP, Valero and Chevron are among the companies that received grants for various types of fuel from the Defense Logistics Agency. 

BP's contract is worth about $601.9 million, while Valero's is worth $432.2 million. Chevron's contract is valued at $418 million. 

The agency, which manages the global supply chain for U.S. fuel and other supplies, awarded one-year contracts. 

The contracts are fixed-price with economic-price adjustment. They are indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity awards.
