# M Stanley Adds BANK OF CHINA to CN/HK Focus List, BANK OF NINGBO to A-Share Theme Focus List, Removes NAURA

Morgan Stanley added BANK OF CHINA (03988.HK) +0.025 (+0.418%) Short selling $60.85M; Ratio 19.694% to its China/Hong Kong Focus List, added BANK OF NINGBO (002142.SZ) +0.290 (+0.837%) to its China A-Share Focus List, and removed NAURA (002371.SZ) -11.180 (-1.629%) from the above two lists.

The broker's China/Hong Kong financial analysts gave BANK OF CHINA an Overweight rating, forecasting the bank to benefit from stabilizing NIM and resilient offshore margins, enabling it to maintain solid revenue and earnings growth. Leveraging its extensive global network and international business, the bank was expected to capture growth opportunities in cross-border business and overseas expansion by Chinese enterprises. 

BANK OF CHINA was expected to offer a dividend yield of about 4.9% in 2026, which is attractive, while relatively low holdings by major insurers may provide additional valuation support amid rising institutional demand for high-yield financial stocks.
