# Taobao's Double 11 Campaign Launched Simultaneously Across 20 Global Markets with 1.2M+ Merchants Joining

Taobao unveiled new overseas initiatives for this year's Double 11 campaign, which will be launched simultaneously across 20 global markets with more than 1.2 million merchants participating. Thirteen countries and regions will offer free shipping services, while Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and Malaysia will implement "zero-threshold free shipping".

Products sold overseas have also expanded from small and lightweight items to medium- and large-sized categories such as furniture and home improvement building materials. More than 90% of medium- and large-sized products will be available for direct overseas shipping.
