# Xiamen Tungsten: Applying for arbitration with the Beijing Arbitration Commission regarding Luoyang Molybdenum's cessation of tailings supply to Luoyang Yulu

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Xiamen Tungsten Co., Ltd. (600549.SH) announced that the company has applied for arbitration with the Beijing Arbitration Commission regarding Luoyang Luanchuan Molybdenum Industry Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Luoyang Molybdenum") for violating the provisions of the "Joint Venture Contract for the Establishment of Luoyang Yulu Mining Co., Ltd." The violation involves stopping the supply of tailings to Luoyang Yulu Mining Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Luoyang Yulu"), resulting in a complete production halt at Luoyang Yulu. The company recently received the acceptance notice from the Beijing Arbitration Commission \[(2026) Jingzhong Case No. 08572\]. The amount involved in the case is tentatively calculated to be a total of 116 million yuan (calculated until August 31, 2026).
