# Trending | WBD Surges 10% on Monday, Some Call options Soar 3200%

On September 21, Eastern Time, Warner Bros. Discovery options saw a total of 668004 contracts traded, with calls accounting for 52% and puts making up 47%.

Warner Bros. Discovery has 2614643 contracts outstanding, with calls accounting for 28% and puts making up 71%.

The top volume gainer was the 27 dollars Put option expiring on September 25, 2026, with 80481 contracts traded.

On the news front, Monday's rally was driven by massive options activity, with select calls jumping 3200%. Heavy call buying fueled momentum trading on 234,091,400 shares, pushing the close to 30.800.
