Storage Chips Intraday Mixed, MRAM Up Over 3%, WDC Down Nearly 5%

On September 24 intraday, the storage chip sector displayed mixed performance. As of press time, Micron Technology (MU.US) edged up0.38%to $1,075.90; SanDisk (SNDK.US) fell3.77%to $1,748.00; Western Digital (WDC.US) underperformed, down4.83%at $450.81; Seagate Technology (STX.US) declined2.17%to $903.06; Everspin (MRAM.US) bucked the trend with a3.34%gain to $17.66.

Performance varied significantly across the sector. MRAM.US emerged as today's standout, reaching a high of $17.74 intraday before closing up over 3%. In contrast, hard drive storage vendors WDC.US and SNDK.US faced notable pressure, with declines approaching 5% and 4% respectively. STX.US also followed lower but with a more moderate drop. Leading stock MU.US oscillated between $1,044 and $1,078, ultimately finishing slightly higher.

Among derivative securities, SNDQ.US stood out with a strong7.14%surge to $10.59, while SNXX.US plummeted7.54%to $16.99. MUU.US gained a modest0.62%to $37.42, and MUD.US slipped0.22%to $9.00, reflecting the overall divergent pattern.
