# G Sachs Says WUXI BIO Commercialization Visibility Improves, Maintains Neutral Rating

Management of WUXI BIO (02269.HK) +1.200 (+2.312%) Short selling $116.58M; Ratio 16.840% , during the Goldman Sachs healthcare and CDMO industry exchange event held recently, disclosed that the company's overall backlog remained strong, mounting 24% YoY to USD25.1 billion. Among this, backlog for the next three years elevated about 30% YoY to USD5.5 billion, with improved commercialization visibility.

Growth continued to be driven by late-stage progression and expansion in commercial manufacturing, the broker noted, expressing confidence in WUXI BIO's mid-term growth. The broker added that the manufacturing business remains the key growth engine, thanks to molecules advancing to CMO, rapid expansion in drug products (DP), increasing biosimilar opportunities and Win-the-Molecule projects. 

Goldman Sachs maintained a Neutral rating on WUXI BIO with a TP of HKD55.8.
