# IPO | TRANSSION, the "King of African Mobile Phones," Plans to Start Hong Kong Listing Roadshow Next Week

Citing sources, IFR reported that TRANSSION (688036.SH), the parent company of Tecno and known as the "King of African Mobile Phones," plans to conduct pre-marketing for its Hong Kong listing, sized at $400 million to $500 million, next week.

According to the filing notice issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission last month, TRANSSION intends to issue no more than 132 million overseas listed ordinary shares. CITIC SEC is the sponsor.
