Trimble Inc. is evaluating a breakup of its transportation and logistics portfolio while working with Goldman Sachs to sell the business. This follows reports from July that Trimble sought to divest this arm. CEO Robert Painter stated on the Q2 earnings call that the company received credible interest from multiple parties and initiated a strategic review.
