It reached a high of 24,767 points, up 257 points, and a low of 24,554 points, up 44 points. The Hang Seng Index closed at 24,642 points, rising 132 points or 0.5%. Mainland funds recorded a net outflow of HK$6.554 billion for the day, compared to a net inflow of HK$2.9 billion on the previous day. The stocks with the highest net buying by mainland funds were KB LAMINATES (01888), CNOOC (00883), and MiniMax (00100). The stocks with the highest net selling were TRACKER FUND (02800), HSCEI ETF (02828), and TENCENT (00700). Main Board turnover approached HK$177.5 billion, an increase of 73.7%. Among this, Stock Connect turnover neared HK$75.4 billion, accounting for 42.5% of the total turnover. KB LAMINATES fell 10% to close at HK$47.02, with a net buy of HK$430 million from mainland funds; CNOOC rose 1.2% to close at HK$23.68, with a net buy of HK$430 million from mainland funds; MiniMax dropped 9.1% to close at HK$250.2, with a net buy of HK$60 million from mainland funds.
