# Tanker Giants Lock $100K Daily Rates as Chinese E-commerce REIT Breaks Ground

Global tanker operators are securing long-term stability as DHT Holdings (DHT.US) locked a three-year charter for VLCC "DHT Panther" at $100,000 daily rate effective October. Meanwhile, Vipshop's (VIPS.US) commercial REIT raised CNY 7.696 billion (USD 1.05 billion) in Shanghai—the largest single REIT offering this year—with Gen-Z fragrance purchases showing sharp growth during 618 Festival. Defense contractor T3 Defense (DFNS.US) landed its first European market entry through a $1.3 million air defense order, while Howmet Aerospace (HWM.US) received CNBC's buy rating after raising full-year revenue guidance to $9.65 billion. Casey's General Stores (CASY.US) prepares to unveil a three-year strategic plan at its June 24 investor day, and semiconductor materials leader Entegris (ENTG.US) reported 8.78% sequential revenue growth in Q2.
