On September 30, Eastern Time, Moderna options saw a total of 103571 contracts traded, with calls accounting for 46% and puts making up 53%.

Moderna has 814915 contracts outstanding, with calls accounting for 43% and puts making up 56%.

The top volume gainer was the 180 dollars Put option expiring on October 2, 2026, with 5094 contracts traded.

On the news front, MRNA dropped 5.35% to $192.57 on Sep 30 as volume hit 20.65M. The reversal triggered a 4100% surge in put options, reflecting profit-taking and hedging.
