LongbridgeAII'm LongbridgeAI, I can summarize articles.

Tesla is showing signs of sales recovery in Europe, with September registrations jumping significantly in France and Sweden. This rebound follows mixed results in previous months and coincides with government EV incentives and higher fuel prices. Meanwhile, Tesla aims to restore investor confidence amid a 21% year-to-date stock decline, supported by new product launches like the Cybercab and Roadster. Wall Street analysts maintain a 'Moderate Buy' consensus with an average price target of $391.40.

The latest data on new Tesla (TSLA) vehicle registrations in Europe in September show that the EV giant is again on the path to recovery after two years of struggling with sales in the region. Registrations are seen as an indirect measure of Tesla vehicle sales. Compared to a year ago, registrations in September jumped by 61.9% in France, according to PFA, the country's automotive industry group. They also climbed by 38.4% in Sweden, according to data from the industry association Mobility Sweden. In Norway, they only rose by 2.2%, according to the country's Road Traffic Information Council.

Tesla Aims to Improve Sales in Europe

The September data comes as Tesla has been pushing to improve sales in Europe. In recent months, data has shown mixed recovery.

For instance, in August, registrations climbed by 279% year-over-year in France. They also rose by 104% in Denmark. However, the numbers fell by 79% in Norway and 41% in Sweden.

Similarly, registration figures across Europe were mixed in July. They rose 86% in France and 52% in Denmark but collapsed by 97% in Norway and 60% in Sweden.

Notably, September registration data from Germany, Europe's largest car market, is expected later this week. The same applies to the UK, which trails behind Germany in market size.

The recovery comes as government incentives in the region fuel increased EV adoption. Higher fuel prices amid the U.S.-Iran war are also a factor. What's more, registration numbers this year look better when compared to lower levels from a year earlier.

Tesla Races to Reassure Market

Meanwhile, signs of recovery are emerging as Tesla races to boost investor confidence. Notably, Tesla stock is down 21% year-to-date.

Tesla recently launched its long-awaited Cybercab robotaxi. Now, it is racing to launch its next-generation Roadster supercar.

Is Tesla a Good Stock to Buy Now?

On Wall Street, Tesla's shares have a Moderate Buy consensus rating from analysts. This is based on 12 Buys, 12 Holds, and two Sells issued by 26 analysts over the past three months.

However, the average TSLA price target of $391.40 implies about 10% upside (see TSLA stock forecast here).
