# Micron Upcycle Thesis Intact: Arya Reiterates Buy and Maintains $1,550 Price Target on AI-Driven Memory Strength

In a report released today, Vivek Arya from Bank of America Securities reiterated a Buy rating on Micron, with a price target of $1,550.00.

Vivek Arya has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors including Micron’s strengthened position in the AI-driven memory market and improving financial outlook. He highlights that renewed high-bandwidth memory pricing and a broader set of long-term strategic customer agreements give management confidence in achieving sequential revenue and margin growth through fiscal 2027, supporting a more durable upcycle.

Arya also points to Micron’s rising share of data center and AI infrastructure spending and the prospect of substantial share repurchases beginning around the CHIPS Act anniversary, which could significantly enhance shareholder returns. Additionally, he raises sales and earnings forecasts for fiscal 2027–2028 and maintains a $1,550 price target, supported by a sum-of-the-parts valuation that assigns meaningful value to both core memory and data center/AI businesses.

In another report released today, Bernstein also maintained a Buy rating on the stock with a $1,300.00 price target.
