# Micron: Strong Beat, Improved Visibility and Tight DRAM/HBM Supply Support Buy Rating and Unchanged $1750 Price Target

KeyBanc analyst John Vinh has maintained their bullish stance on MU stock, giving a Buy rating today.

John Vinh has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors, including Micron’s strong quarterly performance and improved outlook. Revenue, margins, and earnings all came in ahead of expectations, and management’s guidance for the next quarter also surpassed consensus, even as gross margin temporarily dips before an anticipated recovery through FY27.

He also highlights structurally tighter supply-demand conditions for DRAM and HBM through 2027–2028, which should support pricing and profitability, alongside a sharp increase in long-term supply agreements that now cover over a third of projected revenue and extend into 2031. With deposits and committed volumes rising materially, visibility into future demand and pricing has improved, reinforcing confidence in Micron’s earnings trajectory and justifying maintaining the unchanged $1750 price target and Buy recommendation.

In another report released today, Bernstein also maintained a Buy rating on the stock with a $1,300.00 price target.

MU’s price has also changed dramatically for the past six months – from $321.800 to $1065.110, which is a 230.99% increase.
