The company has rolled out a new Kindle lineup with fresh designs, new screens, better tech, and more ways to read. Amazon noted that Kindle has seen double-digit growth around the world for three years in a row, encouraging a redesign to meet demand. Readers also read through more than 720 billion pages in 2025. The new range of devices aims to keep reading free from the digital noise that comes with other tablets, such as notifications. Amazon said that the new 6-inch Kindle is now smaller, lighter, and faster than its predecessor. It has 16GB of storage, up to six weeks of battery life, and opens books 30% faster than the previous model. It also has a flush-front screen and comes in Ube and Graphite options. A premium aluminum version is also on the way, with 32GB of storage and a more high-end feel. The new Kindle Paperwhite is also thinner and lighter than the prior version.
