Truist Financial analyst initiated coverage with a Hold rating on NNN REIT today and set a price target of $45.00.

In addition to Truist Financial, NNN REIT also received a Hold from Evercore ISI’s James Kammert in a report issued on September 21. However, on September 22, Morgan Stanley upgraded NNN REIT (NYSE: NNN) to a Buy.
