# UBS Says Buy Broadcom (AVGO) Stock – Here's What's Driving the Optimism

UBS analyst Timothy Arcuri reiterated a Buy rating on Broadcom (AVGO) stock with a price target of $470 after hosting a virtual NDR call with the semiconductor company's management. The 5-star analyst said that he is now more confident that the company's AI revenue outlook for FY27 and FY28 could move higher. Arcuri added that management reiterated that investor worries over its flagship TPU program are "misguided."

Arcuri ranks No. 3 among more than 12,500 analysts tracked by TipRanks. He has a 78% success rate, with an average return per rating of 56.1%.

Meanwhile, Broadcom stock was up more than 3% at the time of writing on Friday following reports that banks are working on a $60 billion debt financing package to help key customers like Anthropic fund purchases of its AI chips and infrastructure.
