# Broadcom Stocks Jump 3.5% as AI Chip Guide Reaches $21.7 Billion

Broadcom, the custom-silicon and infrastructure-software supplier , projected fourth-quarter AI semiconductor revenue of $21.7 billion, with shares up approximately 3.5% to $355.53 around 12:31 p.m. ET Friday. That forecast adds $5 billion to the previous quarter's AI sales. The growth engine is getting biggerand carrying more of the business.

Broadcom's results put third-quarter AI semiconductor revenue at $16.7 billion, roughly 56.4% of total sales of $29.59 billion. Its next-quarter forecast implies nearly 30% sequential AI growth, alongside consolidated revenue of approximately $34.8 billion. The valuation snapshot puts shares 14.79% below the $417.24 GF Value estimate, suggesting a valuation cushion if execution holds.

Custom accelerators and networking give Broadcom two ways to capture AI spending. It does not need to win every GPU dollar to benefit from larger computing deployments. But a heavier AI revenue mix raises the stakes: customer spending schedules, chip transitions and negotiating power can swing companywide results. The investor test is straightforwardturn that $21.7 billion forecast into delivered revenue while protecting profitability.
