# POLY XVERSE IT Places Up to 29.71 Million New Shares at 16% Discount, Raising RM10.1 Million

(ETNet News Agency, Special Report on the 5th) POLY XVERSE IT (00209) announced that it has entered into a placement agreement with the placing agent to place up to approximately 29.713 million new shares at 34 sen per share, raising up to RM10.1 million.

The group stated that the price per share represents a discount of approximately 16% compared to the closing price of 40.5 sen last Friday (the 2nd). The new shares account for approximately 16.67% of the enlarged share capital. The shares will be placed to no fewer than six independent placees. The placing agent will use its best efforts to ensure that no placee becomes a substantial shareholder. The net proceeds from the placement are intended to be used for business operations and general working capital.
