# G Sachs Raises TSMC  TP to USD660, Projects Growth Momentum to Extend to 2027

Goldman Sachs issued a research report on TSMC (TSM.US) , which will hold its 3Q26 analyst meeting on October 15. The broker expected the company to deliver a strong finish in 2026, with growth momentum extending into 2027, on the back of broadening demand for AI GPUs/ASICs, networking and server CPUs. Among these, stronger CPU demand driven by agentic AI has been a key change over the past year.

The broker raised its earnings forecasts for 2026-28 by 1%, 7% and 8%, respectively, reflecting milder-than-expected gross margin dilution and higher utilization rates for N2/N3 driven by stronger demand for AI and high-performance computing. 

The broker reiterated its Buy rating on TSMC (2330.TW) shares in Taiwan, raising the TP from TWD3,100 to TWD3,300. The ADR TP was also raised from USD620 to USD660.
