# Zscaler Price Target Raised to $285 on Strong Long-Term Growth Framework and Execution Confidence

Zscaler, the Technology sector company, was revisited by a Wall Street analyst yesterday. Analyst Shrenik Kothari from Robert W. Baird assigned a Buy rating on the stock and has a $285.00 price target.

Shrenik Kothari has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors highlighting Zscaler’s long-term growth trajectory and execution strength. He views management’s FY31 framework, which maps a path from about $3.8B of ARR in FY26 to more than $8B by FY31, as a solid and realistic foundation, supported by multiple high-growth product vectors rather than overly optimistic AI assumptions.

Kothari’s conviction is further reinforced by Zscaler’s sizable untapped customer universe and significant expansion potential within its existing base, as well as reassuring go-to-market continuity following the CRO transition. In light of these drivers and the added upside from AI-accelerated scenarios, he raised his price target from $230 to $285, reflecting increased confidence in Zscaler’s ability to reaccelerate growth and scale its security platform over the next several years.

In another report released on October 5, Scotiabank also maintained a Buy rating on the stock with a $240.00 price target.
