# Johnson & Johnson says long-term data boosts Icotyde for plaque psoriasis

Key points:

-   New phase 3 data found that plaque psoriasis patients treated with Johnson & Johnson's Icotyde (icotrokinra) saw high levels of skin clearance after more than two years of treatment.
-   In the phase 3 placebo-controlled ICONIC-LEAD study, ≥72% of those on the oral IL-23 receptor agonist achieved a Psoriasis Area and Severity Index score (PASI) of 90 and ≥70% achieved clear or almost clear skin (Investigator's Global Assessment \[IGA\] 0/1) from week 64 through week 112.
-   In addition, complete skin clearance continued from week 64 through week 112, as ≥44% of Icotyde reached PASI 100 and ≥46% achieving IGA 0 (clear skin).
-   Improvements in itch were also seen from week 64 through week 112.
