# Marvell Stock Is Up 214% in 2026. Is It Too Late to Buy?

Marvell Technology Inc. (MRVL, Financials) is one of the biggest AI winners in the market this year as the semiconductor business.

Shares are up over 214% in 2026, handily surpassing Broadcom, Nvidia and the wider semiconductor sector.

The simple reason: Investors are hoping Marvell will be a far greater player in bespoke AI chips.

At a recent investor day, the firm increased the expectations for that business and laid out a long-term revenue opportunity that extends into the tens of billions of dollars.

Marvell is also going further into data-center networking, a key part of the infrastructure that links massive clusters of AI processors together.

The danger is there. The potential is there too.

Marvell relies on a relatively limited number of extremely large clients. One big design success may generate years of money, but losing one might just as easily work in the other direction.

That counts more after a 214% surge.

The next thing to monitor is whether Marvell can continue to turn its custom-silicon pipeline into actual client wins and whether growth can be robust enough to warrant the stock's big gain.
