# Alaunos Therapeutics climbs 6% after-hours on Velaris deal, $350M funding

Alaunos Therapeutics(TCRT.US) 盘后涨**6.28%**，现报**2.2 美元**。

该公司近日完成 Velaris Therapeutics 收购，并完成**3.5 亿美元**C 轮私募融资，资金将用于支持肺动脉高压疗法管线的临床开发，相关候选药物包括 VLR199、VLR247、VLR258 和 VLR360，研发支持期至 2029 年。
