# Singapore REITs Daily Radar: REITs Up, AIMS 7.1% Yield | Oct 16, 2026

The FTSE ST All-Share Real Estate REITs Index added 0.23% to 648.700 on Friday, a touch ahead of the Straits Times Index, which rose 0.22% to 5,415.53. Breadth was mildly positive: 15 of the 38 S-REITs advanced against 13 decliners and 10 flat, for an equal-weighted average gain of 0.21%. Turnover reached S$358.2M across the 29 SGD-traded S-REITs, 1.04x the 20-day average, and the tape was concentrated — CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (C38U) alone carried S$94.6M, or 26.4% of that turnover. Data-centre and overseas-office names lagged, while parts of the industrial and logistics group firmed.

## Fund Flows

Net flows were one-sided to the sell side across the 29 SGD-traded S-REITs, where 8 names recorded net inflows against 21 net outflows for an aggregate net outflow of S$24.58M. Across all 38 counters in every currency, the split was 15 net inflows versus 23 net outflows. Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (BUOU) drew the largest inflow at S$1.97M, ahead of CapitaLand India Trust (CY6U) at S$1.08M. On the other side, CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (C38U) posted the heaviest outflow of S$7.19M, followed by Frasers Centrepoint Trust (J69U) at S$6.53M and Lendlease Global Commercial REIT (JYEU) at S$4.22M. Positioning was reduced across the sector.

## Price Action

The day's most notable mover was Digital Core REIT (DCRU), down 2.22% on US$2.5M of turnover, 2.2x its 20-day average. No company announcement accompanied the move. Data-centre peers tracked it lower — NTT DC REIT (NTDU) slipped 1.71% on US$3.6M, 0.8x its average, and Keppel DC REIT (AJBU) lost 0.48% on S$17.9M, 0.6x its average. Among the heavier-traded industrial names, Mapletree Logistics Trust (M44U) fell 0.92% on S$13.8M, 0.8x its average. On the upside, Starhill Global REIT (P40U) added 1.01% on S$1.2M, 1.3x its average, with several hospitality counters also firming. The data-centre weakness left that AI-linked pocket among the day's laggards despite no fresh news.
