# Snowflake tumbles 8% in regular trading on mixed ratings and convertible note offering

Snowflake(SNOW.US) 盘中跌超 8%，现报 307.005 美元。

Snowflake 在常规交易中下跌，受混合分析师评级与近期可转债发行影响。Truist Financial 分析师 Miller Jump 重申买入评级，设定目标价 425 美元；J.P. Morgan 亦给出买入评级。但 Phillip Securities 于 10 月 12 日将 Snowflake 下调至持有评级。分析师下调评级主要基于估值风险及可转债可能带来的稀释压力。

此前 Snowflake 已于 10 月 16 日跌 5.71%，受科技板块获利了结、高估值指标、宏观压力及内部人士抛售驱动。AI 基础设施融资担忧及 CPI 数据对科技板块形成压制，加剧了股价波动。尽管面临短期抛压，AI 驱动的增长与强劲的客户留存率仍吸引长期机构资金关注。Snowflake 此前宣布与 Lumen 合作简化企业私有数据连接，结合 Lumen 可编程网络与 Snowflake 的 AI 数据云，通过数据连接代理在私有光纤网络上传输数据。
