# Singapore REITs Daily Radar: REITs Up, AIMS 7.2% Yield | Oct 21, 2026

The FTSE ST All-Share Real Estate REITs Index rose 1.09% to 647.620, outpacing the Straits Times Index, which rose 0.63% to 5,437.99. Across the 38 S-REITs, breadth was firmly positive: 25 advanced, 4 declined and 9 closed flat, for an equal-weighted average gain of 0.71%. Turnover of S$348.9M across the 29 SGD-traded S-REITs ran 1.03x the 20-day average, but the tape was concentrated — CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (A17U) carried S$125.4M, or 35.9% of that pool. Notably, that advance ran ahead of the 0.71% equal-weighted average, a sign that larger, more heavily-traded names did the heavier lifting. Industrial and logistics plus hospitality names led the advance, while overseas office and data-centre counters lagged.

## Fund Flows

Positioning was added across the sector on a one-sided day: the 29 SGD-traded S-REITs drew a net S$31.83M, with 20 recording net inflows against 9 net outflows; across all 38 counters in every currency, the split was 24 inflows against 14 outflows. CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (C38U) led the buying at +S$17.68M, ahead of CapitaLand Ascendas REIT at +S$4.27M, Frasers Centrepoint Trust (J69U) at +S$3.15M and Suntec REIT (T82U) at +S$2.40M. The selling side was shallow — Keppel DC REIT (AJBU) posted the largest outflow at -S$1.39M, with Mapletree Industrial Trust (ME8U) at -S$1.29M.

## Price Action

Centurion Accommodation REIT (8C8U) was the day's most notable mover, rising 2.97% to S$1.040 on S$5.2M of turnover, 1.2x its 20-day average. No company announcement accompanied the move. OUE REIT (TS0U) was the biggest faller, down 2.94% to S$0.330 on S$1.8M, a chunky 3.8x its average, also without a filing to explain it. CDL Hospitality Trusts (J85) climbed 2.92% to S$0.705 on S$1.3M, 1.0x its average, while CapitaLand Ascendas REIT added 1.84% to S$2.210 on S$125.4M, 1.5x its average to anchor the tape.
