# Palantir Wants More U.S. Customers -- Aplos Data Could Help Open the Door

Palantir Technologies has promoted Aplos Data to the top tier of its partner network, expanding the firm's role from serving existing clients to pursuing new U.S. customers for Palantir software.

The change allows Aplos Data to introduce Foundry, Palantir's data platform, and its Artificial Intelligence Platform, or AIP, to organizations that have not yet adopted the products. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Aplos Data connects information across a client's systems to support operational decisions through Palantir software. Its projects include a fuel-management application for Mansfield Energy that monitors diesel tanks and anticipates replenishment needs. It has also helped develop SurfOS, Surf Air Mobility's digital infrastructure for aviation.

Palantir's business development chief Kevin Kawasaki credited Aplos Data's delivery record. The firm's founding team includes recipients of Palantir's DevCon Fellowship, and its operations span Columbus, Ohio, and Miami.

The expanded role gives the software company another channel to reach prospective customers, while Aplos Data can take on a broader part in introducing its platforms.
