# Cybersecurity Stocks Climb, with Cloudflare (NET) and Netskope (NTSK) Up 7% — Here's Why

Cybersecurity stocks rallied again on Friday afternoon. Cloudflare (NET) and Netskope (NTSK) led the jump, rising 7% each to roughly $325 and $24, respectively. This followed a *Reuters* report that AI models have helped to discover even more software flaws that could cause more disruptions in the months ahead.

The report comes as critical flaws found in a popular internet programming language this week triggered a surge in hacking attempts. This also disrupted services across several sectors as operators raced to implement fixes. 

The latest update on AI-led flaw discovery further shows the importance of cybersecurity companies. As a result, the following cybersecurity stocks also jumped as follows:

-   Palo Alto Networks (PANW) – 6% to about $377
-   Rubrik (RBRK) – 6% to about $128
-   CrowdStrike (CRWD) – 6% to about $252
-   Okta (OKTA) — 5% to about $212
