# Genori Technology's Q3 Non-Recurring Net Profit Attributable To Shareholders Edges Up 1.90% Year-on-Year

**"Star Market Daily" October 28 (Reporter Huang Xiumei)** Genori Technology disclosed its 2026 third-quarter report on the evening of today (October 28). The company achieved revenue of RMB 794 million in the first three quarters, a year-on-year increase of 32.13%; net profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 181 million, up 14.96% year-on-year.

Of this, revenue for the third quarter alone was RMB 311 million, a year-on-year increase of 32.37%; net profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 74.0179 million, up 2.26% year-on-year; and Non-Recurring Net Profit Attributable To Shareholders was RMB 70.4749 million, up 1.90% year-on-year.

Genori Technology stated that the performance growth was mainly driven by the continued high growth trend in the downstream semiconductor manufacturing industry and the sustained high utilization rate of production lines, coupled with the continuous advancement of component localization, which drove the growth of the company's operating revenue.

Genori Technology's main business involves components such as silicon, quartz, silicon carbide, and alumina ceramics used in the vacuum chambers of integrated circuit and display panel equipment, as well as surface treatment services including thermal spray regeneration, anodizing, and precision cleaning.

According to the 2026 interim report figures, revenue from pan-semiconductor components accounted for 83.08%, and surface treatment services accounted for 16.43%, forming an integrated platform of "raw materials + components + surface treatment."

What truly commands a market premium is not the gross margin of individual components, but the repurchase cycle of subsequent repairs and refurbishments once wafer fabs have completed validation. The company's components go directly into the vacuum chambers of plasma etching and thin-film deposition equipment. During customer equipment replacement and maintenance cycles, they must return to the original manufacturer for regeneration—this creates stickier revenue than ordinary consumables.

The expansion of AI memory and advanced processes has indirectly increased the wear and replacement frequency of components in the etching/deposition stages. To capture this wave of demand, capacity and in-house material production must keep pace. The company's IPO fundraising efforts are focused on production bases for precision components and materials for integrated circuits and display panels, a Shanghai R&D center, and new types of components such as silicon carbide and electrostatic chucks.

Orders are also corroborating the prosperity of this sector. In the first half of the year, Genori Technology reported revenue of RMB 484 million and net profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 107 million, with net operating cash flow of RMB 137 million, a year-on-year increase of 93.09%. The third-quarter report continues the trend of high revenue growth, but single-quarter net profit only saw a slight increase. The market is more concerned about whether the rising proportion of surface treatment services will lower the overall gross margin as scale increases, as well as the ramp-up pace of new capacity from the IPO.

However, Genori Technology also faces the squeeze of "increasing revenue without increasing profit." Revenue is growing fast, but single-quarter net profit attributable to shareholders only increased by 2.26%, and Non-Recurring Net Profit Attributable To Shareholders by 1.90%, indicating that costs and expenses are eating into profits. The company's existing integrated platform is relatively mature, leaving limited room for further improvement in yield rates and personnel efficiency.

Meanwhile, raw materials such as silicon, silicon carbide, and high-purity ceramics are sourced both externally and produced in-house, so supply chain price fluctuations are directly reflected in component pricing. Over the next 1–2 quarters, capacity utilization, the proportion of surface treatment services, and the progress of introducing advanced process customers will determine whether profit elasticity can recover.

As of the close on October 28, Genori Technology closed at RMB 196.7 per share, with a total market capitalization of RMB 30.5 billion.
