# HSBC Maintains Best Lending Rate at 5%

HSBC announced that its best lending rate will remain unchanged at the current level of 5%. HSBC last adjusted its best lending rate on October 31, 2025, when it cut the rate by 12.5 bps.

Meanwhile, the interest rate for HKD savings deposit accounts offered by HSBC will remain unchanged.
