# XIAOMI-W, CATL Reportedly Join Stakes in Archimedes Semiconductor

Archimedes Semiconductor recently underwent industrial and commercial changes, with CATL (03750.HK) -7.200 (-2.079%) Short selling $289.02M; Ratio 16.874% and Hanxing Venture Capital, an affiliated company of XIAOMI-W (01810.HK) +0.320 (+1.249%) Short selling $656.06M; Ratio 33.229% , added as shareholders, Chinese media reported, citing Qichacha APP.

According to Qichacha information, Archimedes Semiconductor was established in January 2026. Its business scope includes integrated circuit design; integrated circuit manufacturing; integrated circuit sales; integrated circuit chip design and services; and integrated circuit chip and product manufacturing.
