# D&G TECH Invests RMB 5 Million in Beijing Youjun to Establish Intelligent Computing Joint Venture

D&G TECH (01301.HK) announced that after the trading session on November 3, 2026, the group entered into transaction agreements with Beijing Youjun and other parties: under the capital increase and share subscription agreement, it will invest RMB 5 million in Beijing Youjun, upon completion of which its Hainan subsidiary will hold a 4% stake in the enlarged equity of Beijing Youjun; the group and Beijing Youjun will establish the Dejun Intelligent Computing joint venture, which will be held 60% by the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Infinite Galaxy and 40% by Hong Kong Youjun, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Youjun, upon completion. Beijing Youjun and Hong Kong Youjun will become connected persons of the company. In addition, the company will provide a production and assembly base for Beijing Youjun's modular data center pods, with the contract amount for D&G Machinery's assembly and supply of demonstration pod infrastructure totaling RMB 3.3 million.
