# "Warning Signal of Earnings Decline": Star Group is expected to turn from profit to loss in the middle of the year, with a loss of approximately 30 million yuan.

Star Group (01560.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a mid-year loss instead of a profit by the end of June, with a loss of approximately 30 million yuan, compared to a profit of 61 million yuan in the same period last year. The loss is mainly due to a decrease in property sales revenue from approximately 150 million yuan in the same period last year to approximately 119 million yuan, as well as the absence of fair value gains from investment properties in this period, compared to approximately 51 million yuan in the same period last year.
