# Senyu Corporation's IPO on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's main board has been queried, with Tencent and iQiyi ranking among the top five clients.

According to Dolphin Research APP, on September 25th, Shanghai Senyu Culture Media Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Senyu Co., Ltd.") applied for a change in the status of its listing review on the Shanghai Stock Exchange Main Board to "inquiry received". CITIC Securities is its sponsor institution, and it plans to raise 1.04535 billion yuan.

The prospectus shows that since its establishment, Senyu Co., Ltd. has mainly engaged in the new media digital copyright distribution business of animation, TV dramas, movies, and other video programs, as well as the new media digital content provision business. In the new media digital content provision business, the company's main customers are IPTV operators, OTT TV operators, digital TV operators, and the three major telecommunications operators' video platforms.

With abundant reserves of video program resources, Senyu Co., Ltd.'s new media digital copyright distribution business has covered mainstream new media internet video platforms such as Tencent, iQiyi, Mango TV, Youku, Bilibili, Douyin, Kuaishou, and Sohu, as well as mobile video media.

As of the end of 2022, Senyu Co., Ltd. has accumulated 65,100 hours of video program reserves, covering multidimensional audiovisual resources such as animation, TV dramas, movies, variety shows, and documentaries, and fully covering internet video platforms, IPTV operators, OTT TV operators, digital TV operators, and the three major telecommunications operators' video platforms, as well as other downstream new media terminals. It is one of the leading new media digital copyright distribution and new media digital content providers in the industry.

After deducting the issuance expenses, the total amount of funds raised in this offering will be invested in the following projects:

In terms of finance, in the fiscal years 2020, 2021, and 2022, Senyu Co., Ltd. achieved operating revenues of approximately 361 million yuan, 495 million yuan, and 491 million yuan, respectively; during the same period, the net profits attributable to the owners of the parent company were approximately 99.7035 million yuan, 166 million yuan, and 158 million yuan, respectively.
