According to the latest information from the Zhitong Finance APP, it was learned that on September 28th and October 3rd, the Chairman and Managing Director, Laura Cha, respectively increased their holdings of Shun Tak Holdings Limited (00242) by 680,000 shares and 670,000 shares, totaling 1.35 million shares. The purchase price per share was HKD 1.12 and HKD 1.1155 respectively, with a total amount of approximately HKD 1.509 million. After the increase, the latest number of shares held is approximately 769 million shares, with a latest shareholding ratio of 25.47%.
