## Company Overview

China Railway Materials Company Limited provides material supply chain management services for rail transit industry in China. It offers supply chain integration services for railway diesel and lubricating oils; rail operation and maintenance services, such as procurement and supply, quality supervision, transportation organization, operation and maintenance, intelligent manufacturing, digital services, and welding processing; and railway equipment, including wheels, axles, bearings, couplers, buffers, braking devices, and other running parts, as well as H and B-shaped steel products, bamboo flooring, high-speed rail glasses, and other vehicle materials. The company also engages in the integrated railway logistics and dangerous goods logistics business; centralized procurement of railway construction materials; bidding agency business; and railway engineering material supply business. In addition, it offers clinkers, finished cement and commercial concrete products, sleepers, elastic support blocks, and other products for use in the construction of railways, roads, bridges, tunnels, and buildings; and engineering construction materials and bulk material supply chain integration services.
