JIANGSU DAGANG announced that it plans to increase its investment of 90 million yuan in Jiangsu Aike Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd. through its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Minai Semiconductor Co., Ltd., raising the registered capital from 10 million yuan to 47.1526 million yuan, with a shareholding ratio of 78.79%. The increased funds will be used to purchase high-performance and high-reliability chip testing equipment, expand production capacity, further focus on the testing main business, and create synergies
