Goldenmax International Group Ltd., together with its subsidiaries, produces and sells copper clad laminates and related products for the electronics industry in China and internationally. The company offers FR-4: Tg135, Tg170, and core boards for multilayer boards; medium heat-resistant FR-4 series products; medium-high heat-resistant FR-4: Tg140; lead-free soldering FR-4: Tg150 and Tg170 that are suitable for lead-free soldering processes, and multilayer board manufacturing; halogen-free FR-4 series products; CTI FR-4 and CEM-3 products, including CTI600, CTI400, etc.; and FR-4 prepreg: 1080 type, 2116 type, 1506 type, and 7628 type, as well as aluminum-based copper clad laminate. Goldenmax International Group Ltd. was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Shanghai, China.
