ZAWYA-PROJECTS: Masdar-led consortium reaches financial close on $300mln Ibri III solar PV IPP in Oman

Masdar, in partnership with Al Khadra Partners, KOMIPO, and OQAE, has achieved financial close on the $300 million Ibri III solar PV IPP in Oman. The project, which includes a 500 MW solar plant and a 100 MWh battery storage system, secured financing from Natixis CIB and First Abu Dhabi Bank. A power purchase agreement was signed with Nama Power and Water Procurement, and the EPC contract was awarded to CPECC. This initiative aligns with Oman's Vision 2040 strategy to generate 30% of electricity from renewables by 2030.

The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 38.9914 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.35%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 36.49 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 11.35%

HCET: Plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.28 yuan for every 10 shares in the first three quarters of 2025

HCET announced that the profit distribution plan for the first three quarters of 2025 has been approved by the board of directors and is pending approval by the shareholders' meeting. In the first three quarters of 2025, the company achieved a net profit attributable to shareholders of 38.9914 million yuan. The plan indicates that based on a total share capital of 183 million shares as of September 30, a cash dividend of 0.28 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, totaling 5.1232 million yuan, with no increase in share capital or issuance of bonus shares. If there is a change in total share capital, the distribution ratio will be adjusted according to the principle of maintaining the total distribution amount unchanged
