The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 1.572 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.79%. The net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 1.574 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.44%. The basic earnings per share were 0.6 yuan

ZRCBANK passed several proposals at the twelfth meeting of the eighth board of directors, including the proposal to absorb and merge Jiangsu Donghai Zhangnong Commercial Village Bank and convert it into a branch.
