HMD plans to spend 200 million to 400 million yuan to implement a buyback

According to the announcement from HMD, the company plans to repurchase its shares for the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentive. The total amount of funds for this repurchase will not be less than 200 million yuan and not exceed 400 million yuan, with the repurchase price not exceeding 67.12 yuan (including the principal).
