Beijing ZZNode Technologies Co., Ltd., together with its subsidiaries, provides operation support system software for information networks and information technology (IT) infrastructure to telecom operators and large enterprises in China and internationally. It operates through Software Development and Technical Services, System Integration, Third-Party Software and Hardware Sales; and Other Operations segments. The company offers network management support systems comprising centralized fault management support systems, basic network integrated management systems, data sharing platforms, operation and maintenance management centers, visual configuration platforms, leadership cockpit and employee workstations, and 3D digital twin solutions; and service operation support systems consisting of government and enterprise business operation and maintenance platforms, government and enterprise affairs integrated coordination systems, dedicated line concierge, IT intelligent operation and maintenance systems, partner management systems, business orchestration centers, home broadband service operation and maintenance support systems, and terminal management platforms. It also provides enterprise operation support systems, including data fusion service platform, DICT project management systems, smart marketing systems, and metaverse digital campus; and computing power network business products, such as internet managers, cloud network monitoring, computing power grid connection operation, and heterogeneous computing power scheduling platforms.
