The company offers semiconductor automated testing systems, laser marking equipment, and other mechatronics equipment, as well as after-sales, transistor testing, and labeling services. It also provides test system products comprising IC, power module and device, discrete devices high-speed, and power device testing systems; handler products consisting of double loading fully automatic marking machines, gravity sorting machines, fully automatic IC printing detection systems, and fully automatic IC lead frame marking systems; CO2 series laser marking machines, fiber optic series laser marking machines, green/purple series laser marking machines, and three axis dynamic laser marking machines; and probers.
