Annovis Bio, Inc., a clinical stage drug platform company, develops drugs to treat neurodegeneration in the United States. The company’s lead product candidate is Buntanetap, which is in phase 3 to treat alzheimer’s disease, as well as in open-label phase 3 to treat parkinson’s disease. It also develops ANVS405, which is in phase 2 and 3 clinical trials for the treatment of traumatic brain injury and/or stroke; and ANVS301, which finished phase 1 clinical trial developed to increase cognitive capability in later stages of alzheimer’s disease and dementia.
