## Company Overview

CN Energy Group. Inc., through its subsidiaries, manufactures and supplies wood-based activated carbon in China and the United States. The company’s activated carbon is used in pharmaceutical and industrial manufacturing, water purification, environmental protection, and food and beverage production. It also engages in the generation and supply of biomass electricity; sale of minerals, stone, metal and construction materials, wood, chemical materials and products, and rubber and paper products; management and conversion of forest and natural ecosystem; and provision of robotics products, automation tools, and related software solutions to small and medium-sized industrial, logistics, and service businesses.
